About Us

After falling in love with yoga herself she went on to train in numerous renowned Kids Yoga Teacher Trainings such as Zenergy Yoga and Rainbow Kids. She noticed a huge impact in the children she was teaching and with a new passion sparked that’s how ‘Yes2Yoga-For Kids’ was born!

Jacklyn has trained in many children’s wellbeing programs with a focus on mindfulness and emotional strategies. She did further training with Dutch Educator and author Freerk Ykema in the ‘Rock and Water’ program. This extensive program provides kids with a pathway to self-awareness, increased self-confidence and social functioning.

Since then Jacklyn has developed a number of successful programs linked to the Australian Curriculum. She currently works in many schools across Melbourne and Country Victoria running their whole school wellbeing programs.

Jacklyn knows the importance of this work for today’s kids and also the need to make programs fun and relevant. With her in depth knowledge of the school curriculum and stages of development she has developed her own programs to best suit children of all ages.

Jacklyn has now been working alongside teachers and principals for the past 6 years introducing her specialised innovative programs to schools with huge success.

The new online program has been 12 months in the making and Jacklyn is extremely excited to get Yes2Yoga sessions into more classrooms across Australia and beyond. Jacklyn hopes the flexibility of the program and the new video library of sessions will be embedded into classrooms on a daily basis. Allowing the benefits to drastically improve not just students but teacher’s wellbeing.
